outputs 1-8 on the stage box and outputs 1-8 on the mixer are the same in standard form. 8 XLR outputs plus 6 additional line in/outputs, 2 phones connectors and a talkback section with integrated or external mic Individual and dynamic LCD Scribble. So if the outputs for the stage box line up with the outputs on the mixer, it will be the same. The asterisk that you see in the analog out menu will change from the 9-16 banks to the 1-8 banks and the routing that you have for 9-16 will be reflected on the output ports on the x32.
Change these to be 9-12 and 13-16 for the first two sets. But, x32 only has 16 mix groups which I use to create 5 stereo IEM mixes, 4 wedge mixes and 2 effect send mixes. It will be set to 1-4 for one half and 5-8 for the second set, and then of course 9-12 and 13-16 for the last two sets. X32 and s16 together can have up to 24 physical outputs (16 xlr, 6 aux out and 2 monitor out) plus some other out connections like adat, usb, p16, etc. It is quite intermittent, so far2 shows with no problems and. All works fine when using the inputs on the console, howeverif I use the s16’s as remote in/outs I get an intermittent loud pop sound onall outputs and lose audio for about 1 second. In the XLR out menu, the output ports can be changed in groups of 4. I’m having an issue with a x32 and s16 system I have.
The X32's routing menu has a tab on the very end called XLR out. The Stage box will always see all 16 sends just as the mixer will, but you can only differentiate between the two in groups of 8. outputs 1-8 on the stage box and outputs 1-8 on the mixer are the same in standard form. The most sold digital console in the USA for price, features and value.
